Feeling a bit stressed?

Here is a great technique for implementing stress reduction, and it really works :-)

Seems a little corny if you aren't used to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and there are other variations to the patterning, but when I came across this one I found it rather enjoyable. Gary Craig is the founder of this emotional, needle free version of acupuncture. There are many wonderful stories from quit smoking, losing weight to healing old emotional wounds and healthier living. Take a peek.

Daily practice can really make a difference. How long, well that is up to you. There are practitioners available to help you through the process, especially when there are deep seeded emotional concerns, but the online introductions are simple and effective. This you tube is a focused just on the stress, but you'll get the jist nd if you browse a little at or you will find some other forms of resolution are available to explore.
