Eat fresh seasonal foods, they taste better and are better for you. Kick back and avoid the instanity that is whirling around. Knowlegde is power. Peace of mind regarding your food choices....it's all about the information. To make a change will voice your opinion louder than screaming. Where you put your $$ is heard loud and clear.
