I just love this...can you see it? Can you touch it? It's right there. You have to take a quiet moment and know. Quiet the mind so that you can hear above the chatter. See above the chaos that we live in constantly.

A friend of mine challenged me last year at this time to the 20/20/20...and yes, it was a challenge. Far greater than any physical training or logical thinking.

Here is how it works:

Take the time every day, preferably upon waking...
  • 20 minutes of yoga, flow or stretching -to get your circulation and energy flowing
  • 20 minutes of meditation or manta (repeating a prayer over and over or phrase or whatever is part of your spiritual practice) - to let the mind be free of the 10,000 things that it will think of for the rest of the day
  • 20 minutes of journaling - to open the channel for communication with...your higher self, God, your source, avatar etc. mainly, being aware.
Okay, so that's it...somedays it is 10/10/10 or some variation of that, but WOW. Take the challenge, 30 days. What have you got to lose?? In Om ~ j
