Don't get me wrong. I LOVE exercise...just be aware that if you are working hard physically, take care to improve your eating habits too. You will find great rewards with this marriage :-)~j
No doubt - if I didn't eat right (most of the time) I wouldn't recover as fast, wouldn't run as fast, wouldn't heal as fast, my body would disintegrate. There is such a big difference. Still, if I ate better, it would show. Always room for improvement with me.

What I see with athletes is how important it is to equal the changes in your eating patterns with those of your training.
That way you are refueling, providing for repair and recovery as well as for enjoyment! ~j
