Swiss Stuffed Celery
Grate 2 cups raw Swiss cheese. Mix with 1/3 cup mayonnaise (made from healthy oil - not soy!) Add 1/4 cup chopped, freshly shelled, raw walnuts, 1 teaspoon *Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon French Dijon type mustard.
When mixed well, stuff into the groove of organic celery. Top with more grated cheese and/or toasted sesame seeds.
