As a peaceful warrior, I would choose when, where and how I would behave.
With that commitment, I began to live the life of a warrior.

Okay, my dear friend W...this one was inspired by our conversation yesterday...print it out and put it on your mirror or fridge or dash. It's all about you!

You can do it. All of it. ~j

Don't worry...my favorite phrase...AND THIS TO SHALL PASS. You will feel some residual cravings for unhealthy foods. Here is the thing. Once you clean out the gunk...then you have a morsel or two of gunk and your body will tell you how much it no longer wants it. You may find you feel gassy, bloaty, headachey and you will think twice about eating it again. It's a beautiful thing.

The diet changes that you make with your son are so valuable. Your positive outlook makes a huge difference too. Keep doing your homework and if you have a dr. open to function or integrative medecine he/she will support your food choices as well as provide direction.

My hats off to you! You are motivated and making it happen. ~j*

You can also try some calming aromatherapy such as lavender in a bath or on the pillow at night to keep the nervous system in a relaxed state. Plus is smells good. :-) ~j
