As a peaceful warrior, I would choose when, where and how I would behave.
With that commitment, I began to live the life of a warrior.

Forgiveness does not change the past,
but it does enlarge the future.
~Paul Boese

What are some of the things that you are holding onto because you just can't forgive it? Letting go of these things is like cleaning out the overstuffed closet. Not really needed, hanging around and taking up space, hindering the opportunity to new things.
*

Many people find this true with old eating habits and beliefs. If you are consciously trying to make a change. Don't make it hard on yourself. Don't be hard on yourself. Know that changes, while necessary, can take a couple of trys. The road to success is paved with failure and when you put failure in the right light...it is not such a negative thing. It can be considered a stepping stone. If you know that you fell off the wagon or gave into temptation, well...you at least recognize that it happened. Now the task is to be aware of the choice for the next time. Forgive yourself so that you can look ahead with a true intention.

One day you will look back and wonder when all of those changes happened. Smile and enjoy the journey! ~j
