5-Minute Ginger Pineapple

5-Minute Ginger Pineapple

Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • 1/2 medium organic pineapple
  • 1 tsp finely minced fresh ginger


  1. Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Combine pineapple and minced ginger in a bowl and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Delicious, refreshing, snack or dessert. Enjoy~
