As a peaceful warrior, I would choose when, where and how I would behave.
With that commitment, I began to live the life of a warrior.

When you look into the eyes of another,
any other,
and you see your own soul looking back at you,
then you will know you have reached another level of consciousness.
Our relationships need nurturing and attention. Relationships are living. It is important to devote your time and energy to the other person, bringing your full attention to them when you spend time together. Remember, these relationships are more important than tv, newspaper or the computer.

How often are we all in the same room, kids, husband, wife, significant other...and yet we are disconnected. Eat in front of the mega sized tube, standing up rather than sharing meals together in gratitude and community.

Don't take those people in your inner circle for granted. Renew these relationships through loving actions. Reach out with love and compassion to help others without concern for what you may gain.

Come from the heart, not always from the head. This doesn't mean to deny your learned experiences. Trust yourself to integrate intuition and experience.

Get in the game, appreciate your inner circle, let them know you appreciate them being a part of your life. Pay attention to those closest to you, those that have just come into you life, those who come in and out over time! Enjoy them and let them enjoy the wonderful person that you are.

Cheers to you peeps! ~j
